  • How do I place an order?
    You can place your order by phone, via email, in person, or by making an appointment. We will then send you an estimate for you to approve.
  • What happens after I give my deposit?
    After we receive your deposit, your job will be assigned to one of our designers. You will receive an email informing you when you can expect to see an art proof. After we receive your art proof approval your order will be sent to production. Deposits are non-refundable. Orders must be completed within 120 days or deposit is subject to be forfeit.
  • Why can I not see an art proof before giving a deposit?
    We ask for a deposit for two reasons: First, to ensure your spot in our design queue. Since our designers usually have existing designs ahead of new jobs, by giving us a deposit we are able to accommodate you into our design queue. Second, it is an assurance of the commitment to completing the job with us. We guarantee we will not proceed with a job until our customer is happy with their design.
  • What happens if after I give a deposit I don’t like the design?
    Our designers will work with you until you are happy with your design. We guarantee our company is dedicated to making sure our customers are happy with their final design and product.
  • How soon after I give my deposit can I expect to see artwork?
    Most orders will receive an art proof within 2 to 4 business days after we receive the deposit, with the exception of larger projects such as: websites, brochures, menus, wraps and logo designs.
  • How long after I approve the artwork can I expect my order to be completed?
    Production on all products begins upon receipt of the art approval. Completion time varies depending on the product, ask sales associate for details.
  • Wrap & Graphics Warranty
    Central Coast Sign & Design provides a limited warranty on all vehicle wraps completed by our company. This warranty covers any errors made during the installation process or any defects or faults with the materials used for a period of one year from the completion date. Under this warranty, Central Coast Sign & Design will repair or replace any portion of the wrap that is found to be defective or faulty, or that has not been installed according to our high standards. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by the customer or any third party, including but not limited to accidents, exposure to extreme weather elements, vandalism, or misuse of the vehicle. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the customer must notify Central Coast Sign & Design of any defects or faults within 30 days of discovery, and bring in vehicle for survey during that time period. Central Coast Sign & Design will then make arrangements to inspect and repair or replace the affected portion of the wrap, at no additional cost to the customer. This warranty is limited to the cost of the wrap and does not cover any other damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By accepting the completed vehicle wrap, the customer agrees to the terms of this limited warranty and acknowledges that this is the sole and exclusive remedy available for any defects or errors in the workmanship or materials provided by Central Coast Sign & Design.
  • Design Intellectual Property
    Intellectual Property Rights: Upon commissioning a design from Central Coast Sign and Design, the intellectual property rights of the design remain with Central Coast Sign and Design unless explicitly transferred in writing. Customers are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or utilizing commissioned designs at other design establishments without prior consent from Central Coast Sign and Design]. This policy safeguards the originality and value of our creative work and upholds our commitment to protecting intellectual property rights.
  • Refunds
    We guarantee a full satisfaction on your product or service. In special cases, an administration fee of 10% of your original purchase price will be deducted from the amount refunded. Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 10-14 business days. A refund will not take effect in any of the following events: If the product or service was purchased in a promotional package. If you have already approved your logo design, graphic design, or other products and services. If work has already commenced on one of your products, and design changes have been carried out at your request. If the party for which the artwork was designed closes or changes its business name. If the project was canceled for reasons unrelated to the product or service offered by Central Coast Sign and Design. If other design companies were simultaneously hired to work on the same project.
